Rankings on BidMore.uk are determined by advertising spend and do not represent an independent recommendation, review, endorsement or assessment of quality.
1. What BidMore.uk is
BidMore.uk sells advertising placements on a public leaderboard. Position is determined solely by the total value of successful payments attributed to a listing. Nothing on this site is a review, endorsement, ranking of quality or independent recommendation.
2. Payments
All payments are in GBP with a £5 minimum. A placement only changes once payment is confirmed by our payment processor. Whether prices include VAT is stated at checkout.
3. Refunds
Advertising placements are consumed immediately on publication, so payments are generally non-refundable. We may refund at our discretion where a listing is removed for a reason that is not the advertiser's fault.
4. Advertiser responsibilities
You must own or be authorised to promote the URL you submit, and your listing must comply with our Advertiser policy and UK advertising law, including the CAP Code.
5. Removal
We may suspend, hide or remove any listing that breaches these terms or our Advertiser policy, and may block a domain, email address or account.
6. No guarantees
We do not guarantee traffic, clicks, conversions, sales, ranking duration or any commercial outcome. Any position can be taken by another advertiser at any time.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding three months.
